A continuation of the Pages to Pixels’ Poems on Loan series. The third installment has been graciously provided by Adam Peterson, recently published in > Kill Author.
A smart introduction, provided by Adam:
“These pieces come from a 50-’poem’ manuscript titled Sire Lines of America: 1776-2266 which took its inspiration from a thoroughbred sire line chart my friend Dave used to have in his bathroom. The conceit is, I guess, that all of these people–from George Washington all the way to Adam Peterson X–are related in some great line of American males. Well, it gets less great, obviously.”
